The current Turks & Caicos Sotheby's International Realty traces its roots to Turks & Caicos Realty, which began operations at the beginning of 1990, with Karen Biker as the on island manager and only agent at that time. In parallel, Connolly Zahm Properties Ltd. emerged from Joe Zahm’s pioneering efforts as the first resort condominium Sales and General Manager on Grace Bay into a leading luxury real estate brokerage and consulting firm in Turks & Caicos, specializing in high end beachfront and waterfront condominiums. Over the past several years, Joe and his highly trained professional team have been instrumental in guiding major developments, as well as buyers, sellers and investors in achieving their real estate goals.

In June of 2009, Connolly Zahm merged with Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty to form a new force in the real estate industry.
