On the Southwest tip of Provo, a long peninsula separates Chalk Sound, a shallow inland waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean. Discovery Bay
Located in the center of Provo's south shore, Discovery Bay is the entrance to a 2.5 mile, man-made canal system. This peaceful residential area offers access to the ocean at a reasonable price. Canal lots range from $175,000. The higher priced lots have elevation as well as water frontage.

Grace Bay
Grace Bay, often termed the "Gold Coast", boasts what international travel magazine surveys have rated among the world's best beaches. It is home to the majority of the resort hotels and condominiums, as well as the only casino, the Provo Golf and Country Club, and Ports of Call, the largest tourist-orientated shopping center. The few remaining beachfront lots zoned for commercial/tourist related development are priced at over $2,000,000 per acre. Residential lots near the beach and commercial lots on Grace Bay Road average $1,000,000 per acre. While recent years have seen a boom in construction of beachfront condominiums here, development has evolved to more affordable, near-the-beach locations.

Leeward
Leeward is a planned community on the northeast tip of Providenciales. Revitalization efforts have come to fruition and both land sales and residential construction have skyrocketed. Beautiful beachfront, canal and inland properties are all available. Canal lots start at $400,000; beach lots at just under $2,000.000 and inland lots from $175,000. Leeward Marina is full-service marina and water sports headquarters located at the Leeward-Going-Trough Channel connecting the north and the south sides of Providenciales. Long Bay
Located on Provo's southeast shore, this residential subdivision offers some of the most affordable prices. Long Bay Hills is home to the newly revitalized Caicos Marina and Shipyard, a full service marina offering boat carpentry, repairs and services.

Richmond Hills
Centrally located and very popular for long term residents. Part of Richmond Hill houses a small community with tennis courts and swimming pool. Sunset Bay/Taylor Bay

Thompson Cove
This 130-acre planned community, located on Provo's prime north shore west of Blue Mountain, is quiet, secluded and entirely composed of fine homes and estates. There is dock space within a private, protected canal and beach access, with excellent snorkeling at Cove Point. Turtle Cove
Turtle Cove was the site of Provo's first hotel and many of its first homes. The beach is very prime, with excellent snorkeling. Beachfront homes on one acre of prime beach start at $3 million. Turtle Cove Marina is a center for diving operations and charter fishing boats. There are several hotels and many restaurants within walking distance.

Turtle Tail
Turtle Tail is a 3.5 mile peninsula on the north by Juba Salina and on the south by the open sea, Turtle Tail provides dramatic views of the Caicos Banks and Five Cays, small coves with private beaches and fabulous hilltop properties.
